بُشرى إلى اللبنانيين من مصرف الإسكان

قال رئيس مجلس ادارة مدير عام مصرف الاسكان انطوان حبيب في حديث الى”الديار” انه بعد 40 يوماً سيفتح باب تقديم طلبات قروض الاسكان وفق شروط عادية وضمن الريف وفي ضواحي المدن والمناطق.
وشدد على اننا بحاجة الى دعم لاعطاء قروض لذوي الدخل المحدود والمتوسط وفي هذا الاطار يتكل حبيب على القرض الكويتي عبر الصندوق العربي للتنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية البالغة قيمته 165 مليون دولار، حيث أجرى سلسلة من الاتصالات خصوصا مع رئيس مجلس الانماء والاعمار نبيل الجسر لوضع هذا القرض موضع التنفيذ محددا قيمة القرض بحده الاقصى بمليار ليرة اي ما يساوي 37 ألف دولار وفق سعر الصرف الحالي، على أن يقسط على 30 عاماً وفائدة 5 في المئة اضافة الى الاموال الخاصة للمصرف والتي تقدر بـ430 مليار ليرة لبنانية.
