أصدرت وزارة العدل السورية تعميماً يقضي بمنع تسليم الوكالات الخارجية المودعة لدى كاتب العدل لأصحابها او وكلائهم القانونيين والسماح فقط بإعطائهم صورة مصدقة عنها عند طلبهم.

وطلبت الوزارة في تعميمها من كتاب العدل التقيد بذلك تجنباً لتعرض الوكالات الخارجية للتحريف أو التزوير نظراً لكثرة ورود طلبات من المواطنين أو من وكلائهم القانونيين في مختلف المحافظات تتضمن الطلب بتسليمهم الوكالات الخارجية المودعة لدى الكتاب بعد إتمام إجراءات إيداع هذه الوكالات القانونية.
